Security Weaver Secure Provisioning (SP) Beta Release

Secure Provisioning (SP) is the premier automated solution for user provisioning within SAP. It makes adding, modifying or deleting users smooth and efficient while ensuring that security and compliance rules are being adhered to. SP integrates tightly with the rest of our Security Weaver suite, allowing SOD’s to be analyzed prior to submitting a request for approval. All parties who need to be involved, including end users needing access, multiple approvers, and auditors/security administrators (for mitigating controls) are notified and kept involved via email workflow. SP can be deployed on a variety of servers, including Tomcat, Sun App Server, WAS or SAP Web Application Server and requires no separate database. Additionally, some customers find the self-service password reset function to be worth the price of SP all by itself, given the time-savings it generates.
