Webinar 07th October : 3 Project Phases to Compliance and How to Succeed at Each by Sirish Gullapalli

What is the path to SAP compliance?
Compliance is increasingly relevant for both public and private organizations. Driven by increased local regulations, stiffer fines, stronger multinational laws, global supply chains, more mature and demanding auditors, greater employee turnover, economic pressure on employees, and more, controlling your SAP environment is a mandate for everyone. How can you address these and other drivers? How do you know when you have? How will you get an alignment that your level of compliance is optimal? And, how do you know if you are using best practices so that you are both effectively and efficiently controlling your SAP environment?
Knowing the stages of compliance is the place to start. There are 3 stages each organization must go through to improve the compliance process. These are: 1) identifying and creating a consensus on acceptable and unacceptable risks, 2) getting clean by removing or mitigating sufficiently unacceptable risks, and 3) staying clean by preventing unacceptable risks from developing.
