Mr. Sangha has been using or developing the technology behind effective and efficient internal controls and security policies since 1997. While working with various organizations who struggled with manual controls for business and technical challenges, he recognized an industry-wide need for automation to address internal controls and compliance mandates. With experience in designing solutions and cutting edge applications for SAP systems throughout his career, he co-founded Security Weaver in 2004.
Currently, Mr. Sangha is responsible for the company's portfolio development, strategic vision and roadmap.
Mr. Sangha started his career as an SAP Infrastructure Consultant with IBM when he was 18 years old. After IBM, he held various technology leadership and consulting positions at fortune 500 companies such as Eli Lilly & Co., Citgo Petroleum and Chevron-Texaco among others.
Mr. Hirsch is a seasoned technology executive and brings an extensive track record of success, including more than 15 years of industry expertise. He is responsible for expanding sales and operations globally, securing major partner relationships, positioning our technology across industries and developing the company's strategic vision and roadmap. Mr. Hirsch oversees our execution of a multi-market, multi-business, and multi-platform strategy. Under his leadership we have expanded operations into India and the U.K. with total revenue growth of over 200 percent.
Previously, Mr. Hirsch was a Vice President at AIG and has worked in fixed income investments with Farmers Insurance. He received his MBA from Cal State Northridge, and did undergraduate work in Finance.
Mr. DuBravac is an enterprise software industry veteran. He has spearheaded successful marketing for a wide variety of solutions including Cloud Management Platforms (CMP), Capacity Management, IT service management (ITSM/ITIL), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Process Automation (RBA/ITPA), IT Financial Management (ITFM), and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC: including COBIT and SOX).
Prior to joining Security Weaver, he served as a United States Cavalry Officer and held a range of positions at Hewlett Packard Company and CA Technologies Inc. Stephen earned his MBA from UNC Chapel Hill.
Mr. Luthra is a seasoned executive with over 20+ years of experience in technology, strategy, operations, and management. He leads the Indian entity for Security Weaver and manages our global development center. He is responsible for its operational excellence, resourcing strategies, cross-competency support, and tools.
Mr. Luthra has orchestrated multiple large-scale global delivery operations and has had broad industry experience across IT, Banking and Finance, Mobility, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Retail, Medical and Healthcare, as well as Shipping and Logistics. Prior to Security Weaver, he held various consulting, management and leadership positions with leading global corporations such as IBM, HP, Convergys and TietoEVRY.
Ms. Chhibber has over 15 years of experience. A seasoned Human Resource professional, she has worked across all facets of HR including talent acquisition, development and performance management, rewards management, and organizational culture and values building.
She brings invaluable insights and capabilities required to realize our People strategy and leads our recruiting globally. Ms. Chhibber is currently responsible for the overall direction of our HR function and she provides strategic counsel on all people matters.
Prior to joining Security Weaver, she led the human resource function across at the country, regional and global levels and in a variety of industries.
Mr. McLaughlin has over 24 years of SAP Security experience, which includes day to day support of SAP security as well as implementations and upgrades of SAP modules including S/4, ECC, HCM, CRM, BI/BW, Enterprise Portals and HANA Databases. Mr. McLaughlin has worked with SAP versions from 2.2 up to S/4 HANA.
Mr. McLaughlin’s experience also includes 16 years of extensive work with security audit compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley, audit support, and GRC software implementation and support including Security Weaver’s own software as well as SAP’s GRC solutions.
Prior to Security Weaver, he worked as a senior SAP security consultant with DXC, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Hewlett Packard, and EDS. He has experience working with clients across the airline, travel distribution, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, defense manufacturing, banking and utilities industries.
